Ah, can’t wait to hear how you find it! And yes, you can freeze it. I find it best to freeze it already in balls. Then you take the frozen dough out of the freezer in the morning and let it sit at room temperature all day to thaw.
Once the dough is thawed, you can transfer it to a floured board — I would do this 45 – 60 minutes prior to baking. Then, when you are ready to bake, stretch it into a round. Hope this helps!
Thank you! Such a great post
Ah so glad it’s helpful!
Definitely trying this out. Looks great. Thank you! Does the dough freeze well?

Thanks for this recipe, it worked perfectly. My first homemade pizza, very full but thrilled with my effort.
Absolutely delighted to hear this!!
I LOVE this - going to try it today!! Thank you
P.S. Sadly I have no garden but my mother loves hers so I’ve just directed her to your Substack, which looks utterly brilliant!!
Thank you so much for that Alexina 💚🌱🙏
Yay, let me know how it goes!
