Nice to have a recipe for just two flat breads. More small batch breads would be very appreciated.

Just made these and am super chuffed! As with pancakes, took a few to get them just right: loved it a bit thinner, with some sightly burnt patches. Perfect dipped in an (improvised) kidney bean hummus. Thanks so much for this, so easy and satisfying - a small win indeed! X

This was honestly the happiest email to open on a Saturday morning ☀️

Also – I thought I had every handy kitchen thing going, but a dough scraper?! Can’t believe I’ve gone all these years without one. Thank you too for the flatbread recipe – there’s just nothing better than a warm, just-made flatbread for wrapping around… pretty much anything!

Have a lovely weekend x

I bought dough scrapers a few years ago when I started making bread. I’ve got metal and plastic ones and I find that they just brilliant for general kitchen use, sweeping things into bins just generally gathering up doesn’t make your knives blunt either.
