What is Chat on Substack and how does it work, I hear you ask?
It’s a space for me and you to interact that only Small Wins subscribers will have access to. Think of it as a cross between a private WhatsApp group and a forum.
The great thing about how Substack have designed the Chat function is that within the chat you create threads, and those threads operate as individual conversations.
So rather than everyone piling in randomly on top of each other, you can have different threads on different topics, and by clicking on a specific thread you can see all the relevant replies. It keeps everything neat and tidy (and you know I love neat and tidy).
